What trade membership includes

Early access
Trade members receive exclusive first access to new collections — months before public release. Be the first to specify, present, and install.
Sample privileges
Order samples from new collections months before public availability. Sample cost credited against orders of $150 or more within 90 days.
Trade pricing
Approved members receive exclusive trade pricing across all La Semilla Casa collections, with a private trade price list provided upon approval.
Protected distribution
We maintain considered geographic distribution for studio-based members, ensuring your specification remains a point of distinction for your clients.

Trade members access new collection samples months before public availability — your advantage as a specifier. Sample cost credited in full against any order of $150 or more placed within 90 days.
Distribution policy: For studio and retail-based members, La Semilla Casa maintains a minimum 3km separation between approved trade accounts in metropolitan areas, and one approved account per town or postcode in regional areas. For digital practice members, eligibility is assessed on the basis of professional standing and demonstrated client work.
